@00:01I loved Ignis Solus the first time I watched it. This is quite possibly the best machinima I have ever seen. If anyone who thinks that videogames are not a legitimate form of art wants to debate that with me, I will simply open my browser and rest my case.
@01:30I'm sorry if I sounded gruff, but it just didn't fit for some reason. the rest of the score fits with the mood quite well, just this section was a little rough.
Ignis Solus is latin, and roughly translates to "burn alone". It is a bit of an experiment in improvised machinima, and as far as we can tell, also constitutes the first piece of Team Fortress Two machinima not created by Valve.
This has got to be my favorite TF2 mini-movie. There is hardly any dialouge so you can think of the story yourself. I think the pyro has fun catching the intel, but gets bored and wants someone to play with. When the scout comes along, pyro is overjoyed and plays! Sadly, the scout is unammused and gets mad at pyro for killing him so many times. Pyro notices this, but it's too late 'cause Scout already left. ...Pyro goes on playing by him/herself, but becomes sad and bored again. But oh my! Pyro thinks he/she saw the scout! Pyro must look for him! But...It was just his/her imagination...
2 Thumbs UP!

You know... this video reminds me of that underground film "Le Dernier Combat"
